The London via L.A producer Vegyn has just dropped a new downtempo EP, Like A Good Old Friend. We've been enthusiasts of this record since he released the first couple of singles, which includes the glitch-heavy 'B4 The Computer Crash'. He's released a fantastically stoned video to accompany the third track in, 'So Much Time - So Little Time (feat. John Glacier)'. The video watches a cat through a warped lens as it interacts with a number of objects, including a toy dinosaur and miniature world balls. Multiple yellow squares focus on different objects within the frame, making you question what it it that you should be looking at. The song itself is a cosy and fuzz-filled, featuring a fibrous bass sound, some electronic white noise, and delayed synth melodies that echo in space. John Glacier's introspective vocals are bent in pitch and super lo-fi. Considering John Glacier is best known for her rap, it's a pleasant surprise to hear her sing. -Ellie Rose-Davies
